Microlearning in Teams

  • Create

    The course is created in plan2learn, and the required employees are selected. This course consists of 3 modules, and when the manager is satisfied with the creation, he transfers the learning material.

  • Automate

    The employee is allowing Teams to run while they are working and clicks on the plan2learn icon. They see that a new e-learning course is available, and makes a mental note to start the course later on.

  • Play

    The employee is taking the bus home from work, and opens Teams on their smartphone. The employee completes the first module of the course before they reach their destination. After dinner, the employee sits down at his laptop and completes the last few modules.
