href=\"https:\/\/systematic.com\/int\/industries\/library\/products\/cicero\/\">Cicero<\/a>, en komplet softwarel\u00f8sning til bibliotekerne. En l\u00f8sning, som skaber et digitalt fundament og sikrer, at bibliotekerne f\u00e5r maksimal v\u00e6rdi ud af deres data og ressourcer til stor gavn for bibliotekernes medarbejdere og l\u00e5nere.<\/p><p class=\"MsoNormal\">Cicero stod overfor en st\u00f8rre opgradering af bl.a. brugergr\u00e6nsefladen i de danske kommuner. For at styrke implementeringen af den nye opgradering hos kommunerne \u00f8nskede man mulighed for at tilbyde grundig introduktion og undervisning via kurser b\u00e5de fysisk og digitalt. Derfor var forretningsenhedens Implementeringsteam for bibliotekssoftware p\u00e5 udkig efter en god samarbejdspartner til h\u00e5ndtering af klassisk kursusadministration.\u00a0<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-da2be47 elementor-blockquote--skin-border elementor-widget elementor-widget-blockquote\" data-id=\"da2be47\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"blockquote.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<blockquote class=\"elementor-blockquote\">\n\t\t\t<p class=\"elementor-blockquote__content\">\n\t\t\t\t<i> \"Vi havde brug for et system, der kunne pr\u00e6sentere vores kurser i et digitalt kursus- og ydelseskatalog. Her skulle kursusdeltagerne selv kunne til- og afmelde sig de kurser, der blev udbudt i implementeringen. Med erfaring fra store udrulningsprojekter havde man et skarpt blik for, hvor kursusadministrationen kunne g\u00f8res mere effektiv, s\u00e6rligt n\u00e5r det gjaldt automatisering af opgaver. som muligt. Derfor gik Systematics projektledere og Plan2learns specialister direkte i maskinrummet, hvor onboardingforl\u00f8bet i Plan2learns platform tog udgangspunkt i Systematics operationelle virkelighed. Moduler og elementer blev bygget, testet og forklaret undervejs i forl\u00f8bet, hvilket gjorde det muligt at lancere og overdrage systemet til knap 600 superbrugere og 300 systemadministratorer p\u00e5 tv\u00e6rs af kurser og hold \u2013 endda p\u00e5 blot 4 uger.<\/p><p>Fleksibiliteten i onboardingforl\u00f8bet var en v\u00e6rdsat n\u00f8dvendighed fort\u00e6ller de to projektansvarlige, Pernille og Anne, med et smil.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-cb56098 elementor-blockquote--skin-border elementor-widget elementor-widget-blockquote\" data-id=\"cb56098\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"blockquote.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<blockquote class=\"elementor-blockquote\">\n\t\t\t<p class=\"elementor-blockquote__content\">\n\t\t\t\t<i> \"Vi kom nok og vendte lidt op og ned p\u00e5 jeres m\u00e5de at onboarde p\u00e5, da vi havde et akut behov og en h\u00e5rd deadline, hvor kurserne simpelthen skulle rulles ud. Daniel gav os et godt systemoverblik, og p\u00e5 den m\u00e5de kunne vi lave kataloger og underliggende elementer, s\u00e5 vi selv styrer den strukturelle opbygning. Vi byggede delene, og satte dem sammen. Allerede kort efter ibrugtagning spottede de nemlig muligheden for at indbygge evalueringer som en del af kursusadministrationen. Det betyder, at de nu kan f\u00e5 evalueringer fra deres brugere l\u00f8bende, hvilket g\u00f8r dem i stand til at forudsige nye udviklingsmuligheder.
